How long are the classes?
Each class is exactly one-hour. This includes all of the hills, stairs, pushups, sit-ups, holds, Pilates, pull-ups, Sumo and stretching.

Can I go to different locations and times?
Yes, you can mix-and-match our classes to fit your busy schedule. You have unlimited access in our program.

What should I bring to class?
We recommend brining water and comfortable running shoes and yourself.

Do I have to be in shape to join?
No, our mission is to get you into great shape. We will provide the motivation, support and instruction to “meet you where you are at” and “get you to where you wan to go.” All you have to do is show up!

What do you do each day?
Jogging, pushups, sit-ups, holds, stairs, hills, stretching, abs…you name it. We can tell you all about it, but the best way to find out about the class is to try it for “3 Days Free.”

How much running do you do?
Everyone in the class has the option of jogging or walking. Each class you will have the option of doing a long or short route, pending on your fitness levels and goals.

How many people in each class?
Class size usually varies from 5-15 people. We do not put a limit on the size of our classes.

What do you do each day?

Why pay lots of money to get yelled at?
We wouldn’t, so why should you? We are not drill sergeants, and we will not yell and scream at you. We will encourage and motivate you to get an amazing workout, without degrading you. If you want to be yelled at, let us know and we will arrange a special accommodation for you.

I am an athlete and self-motivator, will I get anything out of your class?

Yes, we have former athletes, marathon runners, triathletes, bike riders and competitive swimmers in our classes. Since we work in stations, we cater to people of all fitness levels. Our instructors will push you to reach your maximum effort and get maximum results.

Do you give discounts?

Yes, returnees, teachers, social workers, Seniors, unemployed and people who sign up together are eligible for class discounts. You can save up to $40 on the cost of the class if you qualify.

Do you offer personal training sessions?
Yes, we do offer personal training for people who are unable to make our classes, or who want to specialize in a specific area. We have trainers who specialize in Pilates, Yoga, Body Building, Marathon Running and Elderly Care. For more information click on personal training.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we provide payment plans on an individual basis. Email us and we will create an individual payment plan with you.
